Historically, the Jonesboro Christmas parade has been hosted by a local non-profit organization. 2024 presented a unique opportunity and a group of volunteers rallied together to plan the holiday event! Jonesboro helping Jonesboro – win/win!
The challenge with a citizen led effort is there is no financial reserve designated for the parade. Our goal is to secure enough financial support to cover parade expenses and make a donation to a very worthy non-profit organization.
Our donation recipient for 2025 will be City Stars, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides city sports activities and encourages active lifestyles for a healthier, more improved quality of life.

Your investment will help us secure items needed to make the parade run smoothly and safely, as well as create a memorable experience both in person, and online (it’s also televised)! Decor, event security, advertising and promotion, prizes for participants, future planning efforts, and a donation to City Stars – YOU can make it all possible!
